Off-Season XC Workout (Cross Country Running Team) 4/1/2016
Download

This is a program created to give you a MINIMUM baseline to prepare you for the upcoming season. Runners can be off two days (Sun and Fri if needed) and run five. This is not a mandatory program, however it does help to prevent injuries by adding mileage over a long period of time and help acclimate the body to the stresses of a cross country season.

Running Calendar (New Runners) (Cross Country Running Team) 5/1/2017
Download

This is the VOLUNTARY running plan for the summer.

1. This plan is to get your body in "running" shape. That means stretching multiple times everyday and hydrating regularly.

2. If you can't run a day or get tied up with life, it's ok. There are days built in for you to make up the workouts.

3. If you don't run a day during the summer, it's ok. You don't have to quit. You'll still be able to run. However, your body won't be ready for the after school practices and heat. This could lead to longer periods of recovery than if you had run over the summer.
