Hi! My name is Julie Dunavent. This is my 22nd year teaching and my 13th working for Desoto County Schools. Over half of my 22 years have been spent with seventh graders. They kept me entertained! I am so looking forward to this new journey with high school, the block schedule and four classes a year. Can't wait to meet my big kids! I graduated from Delta State University with a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Secondary English, Reading and Social Studies. |
Here's a few of my favorite things: My faith, my family and friends, beaches (wave therapy is the best!), amazing sunsets, sleeping in, Italian food, a great filet and baked potato, gift cards (especially Barnes and Noble, Kroger and my newest favorite..... Vibe nutrition!!!!), manicures and pedicures, a good massage, baking and cooking, kitchen gadgets, diet mountain dew and heart felt hugs!
